Not sure how recently I updated, but my hair has grown a lot in just the last month. I've been working out for a couple of months now, and I'm taking in a lot of protein, which might've sped up my hair growth a little (I'm not sure, really).

Looking damn good bro. Thanks for all the kewl pics.
Actually, a good diet will promote hair growth, a poor diet will result in loss and slower growth. So, if you are eating a fairly nutritious diet, your hair may be on the higher raonge of normal growth. Your hair looks very healthy and full, that's a plus.

Yes. I am doing weight lifting to gain weight (I've gained about 10 pounds so far). It turns out that eating a diet that is high in protein actually causes one to loose weight (think Atkins diet), so my diet is high in calories, carbohydrates, and protein.
I'm finding that it's very difficult for me to eat well because I'm always doing something. As a student, I've been spending a lot of time on campus (where food is very expensive, and eating is inconvenient).

Hi Jeff,
Congratulations on a great update! Your hair IS growing faster these days, and looks thicker as well, I can see quite a change from the last time you updated. I am very happy for you that your new routins is working for you. I am not sure how long you have beem growing your hair, or if you have a particular goal in mind, but be sure to keep it growing!
All the best,
David

Excellent progress, well done :)
Just one question. Maybe i'm blind or something, but it looks as though you're the one taking the picture, yet clearly you're looking sideways with the camera. Are you using mirrors or is someone else taking the picture and you're just randomly holding another camera?
Lookin great there man! Your hairtype and color actaully looks similiar to mine:)
Protein does help as well as an overal healthy diet.
The update looks good keep up the good growth.
