Ok, I washed my hair yesterday, shampoo the scalp, conditioner on the hair, towel dry a bit and air dry a lot. Today, my hair is dry, I comb it backwards (as I usually do), and then I use a ponytail. What happens?.
Thousands of short hairs are impossible to handle, short hair above the forehead and on the top of the head. The are always reaching up for the sun, impossible to put them down with combing. I don't like it since It feels unkept, like I'm not well combed.
I think that's called Frizz. How do I handle it?. I usually use gel to stick it in my head, but I'd like to know if there is something I could use that doesn't makes my hair looks oily.
Thanks

I really have to ask this, because I don't understand. You comb it backwards?
I would assume with hair that has at least a little bit of wave in it, pushing the hair forward and then pulling it back would loosen and free the smaller hairs from the rest.
As for the frizz, I usually use a apply little bit of water so that the hairs stay down and hopefully dry that way, or, I use my flat hands starting from the part in the hair stroking towards the hair tie which usually distributes enough of the scalp oil to hold some of those suckers down.
Hope this helps.
Err... yes, I mean, I don't use part in middle style, so I comb my hair to the back, from the forehead to the neck, that way. Is it not called backwards?. I might be using a wrong term. Correct me if I'm wrong.
I'll try what you told me.
Thx.

Here is a miracle product, and product line that I think is great:
It is made by "Bed Head", and the line is for curly haired folks like me, who want to keep it that way. The line is called "Curls Rock"
The shampoo, conditioner and the special product "Leave-in Moisturizer" is what I recommend. The "Leave-In Moisturizer" is the ticket. One squirt, and rubbed through your hair after you have towel-dried it a bit, will both un-tangle the hair, as well as calm the loose frizzy hairs that seem to float around. The Leave In Moisturizer is in a round blue bottle, and the whole line is in blue and white containers. I bought it at a salon, but have seen it (in the USA) at big grocery stores. The smells that come with each product are great!!! Each is different. I also tried the Curls Rock Leave-in stiffener, which is great to make the curls stay more dramatic, but kind of gives you the Wet Look. Let me know what you think if you get a chance to use the product. I don't always use the shampoo and conditioner of that line, but the magic Leave-in Moisturizer is amazing.
