Greetings all! Been sort of lurking about this board foe a number of years now, ever since I decided 5 years ago to stop shaving my head and let it all out again. since then I've had a total of 3 cuts, one a little more drastic than the others, and I've managed to get it down about half my back.
The reason I'm posting is, I'm looking to get a clean-up done in North NJ, and I cant seem to bring myself to trust anyone. I've walked into 3 places already this year, and walked right back out.
A bit frightening!
What I'm looking for now is advice on finding someone in North NJ to trim this mop up a bit, get rid of the split ends, and help the lengths get a bit more uniform than he current, shaggy tail hanging off the back of my head at work.
Wouldn't mind a pro at the scissors on my beard as well. Planning a trip, and leaving Wednesday!

You should look up Beauty Salons in the Yellow Pages or do a quick Google search for highly recommended hairdressers around your area. Good Luck
There's this small salon in Upper Montclair that is fabulous but pricey. I never can remember the name but it's on Bellevue Ave.
I live in NY but would come to NJ to get a trim, if anyone knows a good place.
