Hey. I was wondering how bad split-ends are. I never really knew about them until I started reading here. I have blowdried my hair quite a lot, and i have been rough with my hair sometimes(oops), How do you detect split ends, and what damage can they potentialy cause? Thanks.

Just look through your hair and you will see where the hair plits into 2 smaller hairs. Cut them right above the split with a pair of good sharp shears.
