for the advice about my dry hair. I never realized just how little time i kept conditioner in my hair before rinsing until i actually timed out 3 minutes like suggested. My hair acted and felt completely different, it feels fine to me now. Still dry obviously can't really heal hair, but it feels nice now and looks better and thats all that matters until i decide to trim off the ends in a few years. Thanks guys.

...I think it was Jeffery who suggested conditioning well, but I'm happy to hear you're haveing better results with your hair and that trimming won't need to be considered for a long time.
Keep on growin'

Oh, I might mention that if you want your hair to have the heavy, wet and wild look you might try leaving just a little bit of conditioner in your hair (don't rinse it all out). Your hair looks very thick and you should have no problem in doing this. My hair is a bit thin on top, therefore, I only do this in the back where my hair is very thick. If a person has thin hair on top then the conditioner will really allow the scalp to show. Anyway, you might want to give it a try. It will make your hair shine and look great. Be sure to use products for split ends while the hair is still damp. After the hair is dry you can use these products as well, but, while the hair is still a bit wet is the best time.
Jeffrey.
