Ok, I grab a ponytail with the hair more dry, still damp but not wet. And this is what troubles me a lot.
How do I deal with all those loose hairs?. I'm not sure if it's who cannot tolerate the loose hairs, or it really needs to be handled.
When the hair is dry is a lot worse, its like filled with static electricity.
Any suggestion?.

Gel is the only way afaik. What I use though is a sort of lighter variant of a gel. It's a spray, specifically targetted at taming those separate hairs. Bought one last week :)
So far, I haven't found a way to deal with them, at least healthyly. Some people glue them down with gel, BUT that will cause damage. That happens to curly hair and wavy (mine is wavy) and it a characteristic of the hair. So, the best to do is accept it, and live with it. I have a lot of those and I don't mind anymore ^^
Anyways, if they bother you too much, maybe soeone has a good way to deal with it =) I find it helps a LITTLE to spread a little water with wet hands trough it, but it's only a sporadic fix... Oh well =P Good luck!
Yes, I think I might need to consider that option as a definitely one :)
I gel mine when its windy
Those kind of come with the hairstyle. You could always try a looser ponytail that will make the top hair a little less taut and this might hide the little hairs.
Uhm... I tried and actually it works pretty well, with longer hair I could make a batter ponytail and don't make it too tight.
Thank you!
Just ignore them. few will take any notice and they don't look that bad.
What you have is just natural for hair to do. I found a long time ago a way to cut down on this and it is very easy:
1. Rinse both hands
2. Apply a bead or two of gel to the palm of one hand.
3. Rub both hands together.
4. Smooth over hair.
(And the best thing of all is that the tiny amount of gel used cannot be detected as it is barely anything........but it sure holds those hairs down for a long time.)
The best product I know for treating hair with static electricity is Infusium 23 leave-in conditioing serum. Jon Frieda Frizz Ease serum might also work. Both work to control unruly hair, and condition it in the process. No sticky build-up like you get from gels. You could also try smoothing it down while damp, and then using a finishing spray to hold it. Or a combination of the above.

I have a feeling this is one of those things that will be partly solved with longer hair. then you can tie it looser and more hairs will make it through the tie and when that happens they will help control the short ones a bit more but it may take another two years or so to get to that point. I have not thought of gel--what I was going to suggest is a leave-in conditioner like one pantene makes (I think they call it revitalizing) that sprays on from a pump bottle. I have dissed leave in-condx in the past, but this one seems to be okay. the trick is to spray it on when your hair is damp and finger comb it through and don't use too much. a little goes a long way. it will make your hair take twice as long to dry which is the downside. I am a bit leery of tying hair back when it is damp. I'd wait for it to be completely dry first to help prevent damage.
First off I'd like to say thats' quite some update below! You've had quite a growth spurt it seems in just 1 month. As far as the frizzies are concerned, I have the same thing going on. I have been looking (almost staring) at men and women with long or longish hair, and I have noticed that 90- 95% of them also have the frizzies. Even my niece, who has beautiful hair, when pulled back to a pony tail has the frizzies. I agree, its' still annoying, and I think I'll try the gel trick or the leave in conditioner trick. It is reassuring though, that its' not just us, isnt it?
