Wearing a Helmet with long Hair: you see it in every Motorcycle
Movie, the Rocker's have long Hair, some even wear it lose with
no helmet and let the wind blow trough their hair, but I tell you it
needs hours to get your Hair combed
afterwards (own Holiday experience). So a ponytail is a must
when you drive a motorcycle.
But even that causes tangles and knots that are very difficult
to brush out. My Solution until now was to put the ponytail under the
jacket. But a good Helmet has a thight fit and if I put it off
I pull some hair with it, wich means that after i get of the bike
I have to make my hair. ===:-{
What i also saw (mostly on women) is that someone put his loose hair
completle into the helmet. HOW DO YOU DO THAT?
is it practical?
or is there a better solution?
what about braiding? (since a couple of weeks i finaly managed to braid my hair)
How do YOU wear your Hair, if you drive a bike, scooter, quad or
trike ???
He tried to teach me how to braid my hair, and he didn't have much luck. His hair is straight-to-wavy while mine is quite curly. I found braiding it to be impossible because it refused to stay in separate groupings. So maybe if your hair is curly braiding won't work.

Yep, that's what I'll try next. I have actualy straight hair and can
also make a 3 strand braid!
Well I saw your pictures Bill, pretty imposible to braid, but not
neccesary for you Hair, if you ask me. It isn't THAT long and the
curls reducing the length also.
Now to you Mike, how you desribed it, is exactly what I want to try
and my Imagination of how to do it is slightly better. I think
I have to try it in front of the mirror, or so. Anyway it is dificult
to tell if you cant show it and have only text (hold the hair with
your right and and grab your helmet with you other two hands ...)
I'll try and tell you if it worked.
Thank's Bill and Mike!
Not really a problem - just put it into a loosely fashioned twist or a bun before you put on your helmet. Then just let it uncoil and shake it out when you take the helmet off. Works fine for me!
