Hi Everybody I'm back from Wacken with pics and video.
I had a blast and met up with John B drank vodka and had a lot of laughs. I decided to video some of the many manes rather than attempt still pics as they don't hold still. LOL
Enjoy the manes and of course comments and questions welcome.

Looks like quite a good time from the videos and the pics. Must have been quite an awesome show. The bits of the show I could hear on the video sounded cool too.
I am glad you and John got to meetup in Germany, it is hard enough just getting to meetup with people in their own city let alone outside either one's country.

That will be your mission to form a band and play at Wacken. When you do try and hook me up with a pass so I can film you the Germans wont let me otherwise. LOL
I did take a copy of your music and played it for people at the camp and it got good reviews so keep up the hard work.

I have a question for you. A co owrker of mine when he heard we were driving through Belgium said there is a Monastary that brews a beer and that is the only place you can get it and they will only sell you so much. As I am writing this I'm looking for the piece of paper I wrote the name on. No luck, Damn! Does this sound familiar? I'll post this anyway and get back to you with a name.

Yeah a lot of them were dragging their beer as the camping area was a mile away and these people bussed in where as we drove and got our beer beforehand.

I was using a Fuji Finepix S7000. It's about 4 years old but still a very good camera. I was to take video of Swallow the Sun but the Security people caught me and slapped the back of my hand

Black Dahlia Murder, Vital Remains, Cannibal Corpse to name a few. Due to schedule conflicts with others I wanted to see I didn't get around to them besides I can see them over here.
Although I did kinda want to see Cannibal Corpse, oh well.
I was more drawn to the European bands which were really good.

Back safely but did endure 10 hours on a plane with screaming babies. Fortunately the experienced traveler I am I took ear plugs. :)

LOL, thats ironic, you attend a metal fest but the only time you need earplugs is to drown out kids!!!
Well Dave the music at the festival was not that loud and it was very enjoyable unlike screaming kids!!!

Sadly I'm afraid I wont be able to attend although air fares are cheaper in the Autumn I spent my budget for the year. in addition to that I work in a supermarket and that date is quite close to our Thanksgiving holiday.
