Heres a quick pic at 16 months, not sure hows it coming along. Theres good days and bad days.

Terrific for 16 months and looking great! You will start finding more "good days" as the hair grows out even more in the next 8 months.

Well, I think it looks awesome. It really has some nice length to it, and the curls are fantastic.

Those curls look great, Sean! Certainly some awesome progress for 16 months. A friend of mine used to have curls your length, but he had been growing for over 2 years (and then cut it all off). Keep it growing and that will be one unbelievable head of hair. =)

Your hair looks AWESOME, those thick and healthy curls ROCK! I am absolutely delighted that you decided not to cut at the 9 month mark that you came so close to doing earlier on. The rewards are paying off right now, and things can only get better from now on.

Sean I'm glad you stuck it out, your hair looks marvelous! I can understand that curly hair requires more patience, but now that you're past the awkward stage you can reap the rewards.

Great to see your update, Sean. I have been here sporadically over the last few months and so haven;t seen you around. The last time I read a posting from you it was when you were seriously considering cutting it all off. 16 months looks good.
Glad to see you haven't cut it. I like how it hangs down but curls at the ends. I look forward to my hair sitting on my shoulders, too.

It seems to be coming along nicely. You've achieved good length for sixteen months, IMO, considering the curls. I think your hair suits your face pretty well; it'll probably look even better once it's past your shoulders.
