Well, i have this L'oreal Paris Anti-Breakage deep conditioner but i was wondering if i'm supposed to use it after regular conditioner or if i can use only the deep conditioner after shampooing.
I've read somewhere that deep conditioner is supposed to be used before regular conditioner and some say it's supposed to be used after.
Anyone know what procedure is best?
I used to use that stuff, I juts used it instead of normal conditioner, though at the time i knew nothign about hair care, and i still don;t even know what deep conditioner is...
Or was that Loreal paris normal conditioner, i forget
Sorry
I think deep conditioner is more powerful than regular conditioner, or so i've heard anyway, and should only be used 1-2 times a week or something like that.
And also, i wanted to comment you on your latest 3 month update, it seemed to have grown quite a bit since last time.
Thank you, as somene suggested might happen, it seems that every couple of weeks or so, my hair look entirely differnet to what it did the week before
I use it in place of regular conditioner. You really don't need both. I personally think it's overkill. Kind of like the "wash, rinse, repeat" on nearly all shampoo bottles; you only need to do it once. Of course, the hair care industry wants you to use more than you need, as that put's $$$$'s in their pockets. Just be sure you leave the conditioner on for a sufficient amount of time, 5 to 15 minutes is what most recommend. And unlike regular conditioner, this product you want to be generous with.

I dunno but on this deep conditioner it reads: Leave for 1-2 minutes, strange.
