The guy on the left. The character Bowen from Dragonheart from 1996. Dennis Quaid is the actor.
But basically, I want that hair. I'd do a lot to get that hair, that look. That would be awesome. Now, being a knight and having a sword would be cool too.
Awwwww... got that movie on videocassette. Cool hair on both guy and gal. I'd love to have her hair, but it will never be. (sigh)

Always liked that movie. Realized deep down last night I've always liked Bowen as a character and that his hair (Bowen's not Quaid's) was pretty much somehow tangled with my self-image.
As for her hair, it is awesome as well. Long red curls. Well you always have wigs as an option...if you ever felt like emulating that hair.

I think you are closer to your ideal than you may realize. It is very likely that the actor had some -- what do we say -- extentions pinned into his hair, and that he had the benefit of hairstylists before each shoot. Just keep doing what you are doing and you will have better hair than that. The evidence is in your pictures. With every good wish.

Thanks for the encouragement. With some growth, I could be there soon. Still trying to decode what the hair looks like, how long it needs to be, what lengths in what places, how thick. I think I have the color already. And ironically I might have too thick of hair to completely emulate it. So, my best tactic is just grow. In the meantime, I must learn the Old Code...
AW!!! I love that movie and also love the characther, Bowen is awsome! Beeing a knight must have been the greatest thing EVER , I dream about it all the time!!

Ummm.... Maybe it's just me, but that looks like a wig. So does the lady's hair.
A wig, or extensions. No way Dennis Quaid grew his hair that long, just for this role.
Let me make an amendment to my statement. I want that hair, only natural and real and on my head and not from a wig or extensions. Unless it cannot be done.
