Howdy people,
Went to a 90's nightclub last night.. it was certainly rocking..
I was just wondering... because in the nightclub scene people tend to judge by looks and whether you dance or not (guys who dance pick up more).. its hard to spin off your personality with loud music..
So anyway do long haired guys have much chance in the nightclubs in attracting women?
I had about 2-3 women who didn't hesitate to touch me lol.. when I had short hair it was more or less the same... hrmmm but there were other factors which needed consideration!
I want my hair really long then I'll go clubbing again..

oh... the one really good thing is only 5% of the guys in the clubs have hair which matches or is longer than my hair length.

From personal experience... no it doesn't. Of course, there are close minded stupid conservative chicks out there, who will judge you. Nightclubbing isn't for me, the closest thing I come to partying is "staying home and rolling a joint with some friends" and I am too busy with college to do "go clubbing", but girls I am around tend to like my long hair (or at least tell me they do because they like me :P).

I think the opposite - I get a lot more attention from girls with long hair than I ever have with short hair. It all depends on where you are, though. I don't go clubbing :)

I tend not to go to those "metalmarket" clubs "expensive drinks!!!) and meet more genuine people at the shows/gigs and the pubs I go to. But I've never seen shunned because of longhair.

Here is my view. You are unique and a special catch. You will never be "just some guy" in the club.
Sure, most girls are looking for the short-haired guys with no personality and clothing like everyone else. In other words, an accessory that happens to be the "hot commodity".
However, a few girls will be looking for something different--an individual. Some girls are looking for guys with longer hair, distinctive style, and a personality.
So, the short hair has a lot of people looking but a lot of competition. But the long hair has little competition even if they have less people looking. So, instead of a trying to hit a tiny target with chances, you are trying to hit a big target with a single chance...
Many rock stars have really long hair, and you don't hear them complaining about women avoiding them, to put it mildly.
I've gotten nothing but compliments from women on my hair. I think having long hair is second only to having a puppy, when it comes to attracting women.

Well if i went clubbing and I was still single id definately wear my hair down to pull a girl as Ive done this on many times as quite a few girl DO prefer guys with long hair and besides alot of girl DO touch your long hair I did try it with it in a ponytail to NOT many touched it when it was lol but they do try and pull it out of the ponytail though !!!

This is easy. Not everyone is the same. Many women are turned on by long hair and others are turned off. They question is what do you want? If you like long hair, then grow it, and many women will be attracted to you even more so that for your extraordinary good looks. But there will be some who think you are very handsome if only you cut your hair. On the other hand there will be some who will be attracted to you in spite of your minor defects, because you have long hair. So keep your hair like you like, clean, neat, provocative and assertive, and there will be plenty of women who are attracted to you, even though with all your good qualities you are less than perfect.
Around where I live, girls who go to night clubs are generally not the biggest lovers of long hair and (from my view) seem to go with the squeaky clean guy who smells of at least 2 bottles of cologne. Although girls at clubs do take interest in me, it's mostly because they have never seen a guy with hair like mine. Pubs are more my field : )

I have no problem pulling tail when it comes to my hair. My hair by the way is to my lower back. Got a lot of interest from chics(6 of 'em) this weekend while out clubbing.
