I was just wondering especially with the guys with the guys with past shoulder length hair...what do you guys eat in your usual diet? what do you stay away from? what supplements do you take?
Thanx
Considering the fact that I haven't changed my diet since I started growing my hair, it'd be hard to say if it had a major affect on it. Although it wouldn't surprise me at all.
My usual diet is salad with some type of protein on it, usually fish. I don't usually eat a lot of red meat, it's just not my thing. But lately I've been eating a lot of everything, I think I must be about to grow. *looks eagerly at my hair*
As far as restrictions go...The only two things I don't eat, are wheat (or any grain with gluten) and dairy. Simply because they clog up your system...but nobody's perfect, and I love me some chocolate!
Beef and/or pepperoni pizza
Hamburger Helper Spaghetti
Burgers (just the beef and bun) and fries
Potato chips
Hershey bars
Tyson Chicken Breast Tenders
Chicken
Nachos and cheese
Hotdogs
Cookies
Baked potatoes
The list goes on...
Basically, junk food and anything processed. I hate fruits and vegetables, and I don't take suppliments. The irony is, I used to eat anything put in front of me as a toddler. I don't remember what happened to make me so picky.
My self when I stareted collage I drasticly changed my diet . So of my hair fell out .. But then really nice shiney soft har started to grow I love it now
I had typical "black people" hair very kinky and thick" and very un manage able , a very lean meet free or light diet changed my hair for the better it became finer and layed better ..
I try only to eat organic food and I don't like proccessed. I try to eat every thing in its most basic state usually raw or steemed.
