I have been having this problem with my hair. I didn't have it a few months ago, it seems like it's getting worse. What could be causing my hair to look this way. It's very upsetting to me. I don't blow dry only air dry. I wash every other day. The problem seems to be only in the front. Please help me out!! how can I get rid of this.
thanks
Eric
I'm having the exact same problem, except it's spread to all the hair and it's pissing me off too. I have about the same routine, so I'll wait to see what some others say. It's so bad that I took some pictures yesterday with the intent of posting them here, but deleted them all off the camera I was so dissatisfied with them!
Yours in bad hair, Bragi
Tell me about it guys. I have been having the same exact problem as well. My hairs looks ratty and dry as hay. My bangs and frontal hairs are so thin they are almost translucent. I suspect I am balding! lol. Who knows. Might be this damn humid weather.
Its the humidity. Ive been without a/c in my truck for three weeks with a 45 min stop and go drive twice each day. All this humidity is making my hair do the same.
To fix I just bought sunsilk products and some fructis (sp?) leave-in conditionar and it seems to be working like a charm.
peace and dont worry guys

Thanks for the tip, Clayton! I guess you're right. This humid weather is awful man. Can't wait for "Winter". At least during winter the temperature drops to 60 degrees! Oh well. Thanks again man.
Honestly, I'm not exactly sure what problem you're talking about, I think your hair looks fine!
But if you're talking about dry or frizzy hair.. try jojoba oil, that's what I use.
Or maybe the front is curling more, and you don't like it? The only way to get past that is to just take care of it the best you can and let it grow out and weigh itself down, I would say. Or check how you sleep on it, or something.
I would try out different conditioners, maybe use some leave-in conditioner after your shower. I suggest experimenting with that kind of stuff.
Hmm, to be honest I don't know, but might I recommend changing conditioner? Conditioner can do a lot to make your hair better, or if you choose the wrong one, do very little. So my recommendation is to try out different conditioners (if you have the money to spare).
I'd say that you're washing your hair too often. Try washing it every 2 or 3 days instead, conditioning on the between days, and see if there's any improvement. Another possibility is that you're combing your hair too hard.
Peace
