I would to thank Jonalbear for clarifying and answering my question. Ironically, I am from MI. I will be working for the MI dept of corrections. So it looks like I will be getting a short haircut before I am hired. I will until the day I actually get the phone call to the get haircut. Cause if the state freezes again I will kick myself for getting an uneccessary haircut.
I will be okay with it cause the hair will grow back once I am in the system. Well it looks I will be posting progess photos now!
Congrats on the job! - It kinda sucks that you have to sheer the locks -- but on the other side of the coin; there is alot to say about the hair journey itself. You may decide to make other changes as your hair grows back such as starting an exercise program or eating better.. (of course maybe you do that already)..
But, thats kinda what I did when I started and not only does my hair look better; but I sure feel alot better as well.. Just a thought..
Anyway; good luck with the job and keep us up to date on your new progress..
Be Blessed..
Tristan
Where in MI are you from? I'm from the metro detriot area.
Indeed it does grow back and you have a positive attitude about it.
Besides that's a good area to work in as far as job security. That is there's always an abundance of people needing "correcting".
as long as budget cuts don't cause any issues but usually they cut positions in other areas of State govt first.
