Hullo board, just passing through.
HAD to post this link. You see personally after reading a lot about the case I am 95% convinced that OJ killed 2 people and got away with it scott-free (i.e. WAY beyond a 'reasonable doubt') and for that reason I hope he does a LOT of time on his current conviction.
And as such I was very pleased to see that the Judge in his bail hearing is a longhair! He hasn't got the best of ponytails..still it is refreshing to see a Judge, who is a highly revered and respected figure under the law, sporting long hair.
You'll see what I mean at around the 8minute mark. So feel free to skip forward to that or, as I did, watch the whole video and have a good time.
Personally I don't nomrally (almost never!) derive enjoyment from the misfortune of others, but in the case of OJ...I really hope he gets what he deserves.
Ok, back to my history essay on Eugenic sterilisation during and after America's 'Progressive Era'!
So where, this time around, is Kato Kaelin?

Hey Dean, I agree. I too believe with 90% certainty OJ got away with murder. Hopefully this longhair judge can put him away for good with this latest incident. Let's see, he is being accused of armed robbery and kidnapping. If the charges stick, that should be it for him.
That judge has a reasonably good ponytail. It appears to be about 8 inches long.

Hey Dean
I sure am with you on that one. Yikes!
Great seeing a posting from you and I would wager a bet that you are up to your neck in studies galore! That book sure sounds over my head. :-0
With all good wishes and my best to you as always.

That is incredibly cool Dean, thanks for sharing and I like you hope he gets all the jail time possible.

What is the name of this worthy and learned judge and upon which bench does he sit?
In the original case the prosecution was so awful that I would have been mortified if OJ was found guilty. The evidence that the prosecution presented and how they presented created so much doubt that the only really rational decision to make was a not guilty verdict. I'm not saying OJ's innocent, I'm just saying the right decision was made based on just what went down at the trial.
I agree. I suspect that the reason why the cops made so many mistakes in that case was because they were not used to facing a half way decent defence lawyer. Doesn't say much for the local public defender's office, but oh well. Some people say that OJ only got off because he had a good lawyer, but I think that's only true in the limited sense that only an incompetent lawyer, or perhaps more to the point an indifferent one, ought to have lost. There is a syndrome where defence lawyers can get fatigued from defending guilty clients and stop trying all that hard.
I think there is a better than even chance OJ did the murders. I'm not sticking my neck out much by saying that, because of course that's exactly the standard that had to be met in the civil wrongful death suit. Although he lost that suit, he has only paid a fraction of the damages, BTW.
not only does the judge have long hair the judge
also has a beard! it might be just a short goatee
but it still counts as a beard.
so we have a long-hair-bearded judge
