Well as most of you know Del started a contest on Friday I believe but I was unprepared to submit my entry so I figured I may still have time before the final judging.I'm going to post three pics for formal,athletics ,and finally talent! Hope they deserve some consideration so here goes.

And now for the Grand Finali!!Hope I spelled that right.LOL Anyway just so you all know I haven't uncased this guitar for more than five years so I can't say how well the metal will play.LOL.At least I did remember the colour of my one and only guitar!Also note the 80s Metal theme going on here and yes all my clothes still fit!Even the spandex jeans:)

Definitely a winner of the 80's hair band poser contest (actual musical talent is strictly optional :) The look is key here, and Mark you've got it down!
Congratulations on keeping that same 80s body today, I am also fortunate enough to have kept the same clothing sizes over 20 years later. we will see how long that lasts however!
I think Def Leppard is looking for a replacement Mark ;)
Hey Chris thanks for all your comments on my entry into this competetive contest.I'm glad it made a splash with some of you out there and I do like my 80s throwback look.It was tough to pic out one of my wild shirts but I did like this one.I could have done it up even further but I kept it somewhat conservative.LOL.As for the Def Leppard gig I'll do all the photo ops but I'll leave it at that.Thanks for the comments.Mark(HB)
The 80's and spandex! I had a wardrobe of leggings back then, with oversized tunics. Yikes!
To complete the look, all you need is the 80's big hair. What was it about having big hair back then? It was either that or those darn mullets!
I survived my 20 something years, living through the 80's and MTV. I even had a rattail. Anybody remember those? LOL

Hi Carol. Oh do I remember the 80s as that was when heavy metal was at its peak.I remember having to go to a friends house to watch MTV when it first went on the air as my neighborhood wasn't even wired for cable yet!LOL. It was great to see all those music videos,hardly any commercials and absolutely no reality shows.I still have my black satin MTV jacket I bought through their mail order and its still like new.Down the road I purchased a denim Headbangers Ball jacket which also was cool.
One thing cool back then was going to Lamours in Brooklyn seeing some of the coolest metal bands at their prime.The first show I saw there was Saxon and they were awesome! If I were to go through my ticket stubs it would be amazing to look back at all the shows I saw there.The part I miss most is that every guy in the club had longhair like the bands on stage.Man I miss all that!Thanks for bringing back some fond memories Carol. there is certainly no laughter (i'm afraid you could hurt me with those guns). but you're lucky i'm not a spiteful judge who would knock off points for having hair longer than mine.

As always, your hair is about as good as long hair can get, whatever way you wear it and whatever setting you display it in, so I will give you perfect 10's all the way around. It is thick and straight, a genuine blessing, and an inspiration to all.
Also, I would like to thank you for your kind words about my update that I posted on Saturday. Your words are greatly appreciated, and mean a lot to me! Hopefully, I will have a chance to meet you on my road trip in 2009.

Hey Mark. Love the pictures. The 80's look with guitar was great and all the time at the gym has certainly paid off. The hair is looking great as always.
