Hi again. Thanks everyone fro your help. Ken said something that suddenly made me click. I am on a very fat controlled diet. I am not trying to lose weight - just mantain it. On top of that I don't eat red meat and not much white so I am going to do something to get some more protein into my body - I'm thinking soy or maybe forcing myself to have something like fish or chicken everyday.
I'll let you know if there is any improvement.
Thanks again.
Nutrition is certainly a key part of having healthy body and that includes hair, but hair-care is also very important too. Often you gather too many tips and snippets of information from sites like this and when you try to digest it all you end up working at cross-purposes.
I'd encourage you to post another pic so we can really see your hair, this makes it much easier to offer practical suggestions.

Kyle, Raw almonds are my favorite snack and a very good source of protein and very low carbohydrate. Try to avoid the salted flavored kinds. Other nuts are good also. Whatever you like!

WOW, I feel honored that I may have said something that hopefully helped; but actually it was Tristan who deserves the credit of first mentioning proper nutrition, rather than me, --- I was just echoing support over his advise!
Regardless, I'm glad something made you "click", --- and yes, protein in one's diet is EXTREMELY important... as well as there are healthy fats that are important to keep the body functioning smoothly as well.
Also I agree somewhat w/ what Sorted said, in a way.... Too much advise from too many different directions can get confusing! I'm not saying that MY advise is the only "correct" advise (lol, although I always think so - lol!!), --- just that sometimes you have to sort out whatever sounds like hit the nail with the hammer most on-target for you.
Take care. Glad we could be of help here, --- and keep us posted!
- Ken
Eggs are good for hair apparently..
Before ingesting huge amounts of soy protein, may I suggest a comparison between soy protein and whey protein in regard to use by men.
