Got bored..decided to post some pictures. I am going to keep my hair tucked from now on I really like it. I probably won't be making another update till late January early February so I can see a lot of growth and a pony tail.
Anyways I took these pictures of me doing body levers, I stopped working out a good 3 months ago and have been doing body weight exercises like chin ups, pushups, squats, situps, and alot of other things. I found this usefull site:
My goal is to be able to do every one of the exercises. I feel much much stronger than ever and I am not gaining anymore weight or size..don't want to be bulky, just simply strong.
The Real Headstand (not perfectly vertical yet..)

Cheesy flexing pose ahha sorry:

My hair looks "complete" at the back when I tuck (although very wavy today):

Hi Animosity,
What an outstanding update, you are blessed with blonde hair that looks fabulous, and it is healthy with lots of shine. You have come such a long ways. I see that you like to exercise a lot as well (you are buffed!), and your handstand may get a SLIGHTLY higher mark than Justin's recent one that he posted, lol!
Keep it growing,
David
Thanks a lot David, I looked back on the first update I took for MLHH and there is a huge difference and that was only in April..i was shocked.

Wow, that lever exercise is cool! I've never tried that, but it is amazing how just basic stuff like push-ups & c. that one can do on one's own can keep one in pretty good shape. It looks like it's working for you. Cool pictures, all.
No kidding Bragi, I had no idea you could stay in shape or even get stronger without the gym.

Now that'a handstand!!
Your obviously in great shape and your hair rocks btw.
Kevin
Thanks, I try my best as I'm still pretty young and growing. Just turned 17 in September.

Hey Animosity,
Boy you are definitely in great shape! One of the greatest benefits from those exercises is not merely strength, but balance. I know plenty of body builders and they wouldn't be able to pull any of that off even if they tried. So my advice is keep up the great work!
Btw, I absolutely love your hair! In fact, that's roughly the length I'm leaning towards at the moment with it being more uniform all around. If you don't mind me asking, how long did it take for your hair to grow to its current length, what kind of maintenance trims did you have done, and how often? I would truly appreciate any feedback you may have on the subject.
Thanks,
Matt
Thanks man, I started to really grow my hair after my last trim in November 06, and my hair was about between my eye and nose. Have not had another and don't intend to until late 2008.

Hey animosity very cool pics!!Theres nothing like being bored and doing something beneficial for your body.Sure beats sitting in from of the tube or should I say flat panel and being a couch potato!LOL.The body lever looks very cool and probably takes a bit of time to get the hang of it I'm sure. Anyway as for your hair its looking real great as you are certainly on your way to whatever your goal may be.I'll certainly look forward to your next update in 2008:) Mark
Its mostly a balance act, not that hard though you could probably pull it off with some minor practice. I hope time flies so I can post an update soon aha.

And did we ever benifit by your photos of magnificent long hair on its way as well as being awed by your abilities. Thanks for posting this.
Are you ever lucky!
I always feel bad when someone posts an impressive photo for all of us to see and we can barely see it. Yikes, to try and take a picture of yourself by yourself is hard enough as it is. And I well know the hardships of light conditions when trying to do all by oneself. Hope this helps.
Thanks a lot Justin, I had to rush these as my camera only gives 10 second delay.

Hey, tell me about it. Mine also only gives 10 seconds. Glad I could help so all the other posters could see how terrific you were able to do the Body Levers.
Justin~
They had us doing head stands back in highschool so I know it ain't easy! And the body lever! It take great strength, balance and concentration. Congrats on your skills and how your hair's coming along.
Bruce
Cool pictures man! Those exercises look extremely difficult to perform. You must be in really great shape! I can't imagine myself performing that headstand. I would most likely end up breaking my head or the floor! the hairs looking great too. Great update man, Keep it growing.
Wow you sure have some impressive strength there dude! I did not even know it was possible to do something like the body lever! Feats like that are even more impressive than weight lifting because of the dexterity and control involved. That headstand looks painful! Good luck with getting all the exercises down that is an extraordinary goal.
Hey the hair looks good tucked, thats the way I keep it and it is so convenient. I couldn't wait til I could do that, in fact that was my first longhair milestone. Looking great all around there keep up with everything as it is obviously working :)
Wow! That's quite impressive, not to mention extremely difficult to do. I've been trying to get in shape for the longest time (skinny, so I don't have any weight to lose, just muscle to gain) but I'm just really unmotivated. I'm trying again, but I don't know how long I'll stick to it. If you have any suggestions for motivation for stuff like that, I would love to hear it.
Also, you you really cool with your hair tucked behind you ears. I can't do it really, because my hair's too poofy for the most part, and it looks awkward. Keep up the excellent, both physically and hair-wise
Thank you man. For motivation well...we're all different but I'm motivated to be in shape because I feel i grow as an individual..I'm very into learning new things and increasing my knowledge and strength. On a side note a year back I got beat up badly and felt like I couldn't fight back...felt like I was weak and that got me into gear. Just try and do a small 20 minute routine once a week at first and slowly get into it..theres no rush..but remember its your own health and body your talking about, don't neglect it.

animosity ...
Great pictures man. Some of those look difficult. Isometric exercises are alot harder than people think. The hair looks great ... Keep up the great work..
