  I have been growing out my hair since march of 05, with 2 1 inch trims in between. my hair right now is about 8-9 inches and is very soft. I want to know if it is growing normal.

    How short was your hair when you started growing it long? Could you include a pic next time?

    Hair supposedly grows approximately a half an inch every month, --- at least this is so for "MOST" people.
