Hi there,
So have you missed me lol!
Well I've been out of town for the last week driving a van around the south of the UK covering 750 miles, for two metal bands from Bristol and all means if you want to check them out:
Irony of Christ - http://www.myspace.com/ironyofchrist (Progressive Death Metal)
Seregon - http://www.myspace.com/seregonuk (Aggressive Thrash Metal)
Still we had fun and for once the weather was really nice and sunny and warm and as you can see from the picture below great for camping and of course having "Clarence" the goose for breakfast.
Cheers,
John.B
Nice knowing there's metalheads on this site!
Sounds like a fun road trip :D
Awesome hair on everyone.
Of course we missed you :)
Nice to see what metal heads do when they aren't thrashing, cooking out lol. Looks like you were having fun as driver and I assume photographer as well. Glad you enjoyed the trip but I bet having a real place to shower was lots of fun too lol.
Welcome back John!
Wow! That sounds like a lot of fun! I would love to tour with a awesome death metal band one of these days. Not to mention that the band members have awesome looking hair. Hope I can do that sometime! :)
Hi John good to see you back. I see some of the faces I met at your campsite at Wacken. :D
I bet it was a blast hope you can post more pics.
Cheers
Kevin
Hi John,
Welcome back, and it great to hear that you had such a wonderful time. I am delighted to know how much better you have been feeling lately.
Take care,
David
It's so AWESOME to have you back with us John! I'm glad you enjoyed yourself during the road trip. Congrats!
"...and of course having "Clarence" the goose for breakfast..."
1) I usually have bacon for breakfast.
2) Sometimes, I have Clarence (understood over) for breakfast. That is, Clarence joins me for breakfast.
HAHAHA! Don't you just love double entendres!
John, it looks like you had a good time, even with the goose.
...was he good?
Hi John
I was wondering where you were as I had not seen any postings for at least a week or more. Anyway, I am glad that you are presently doing ok and had such a wonderful trip. Wow! 750 miles! (I could NEVER do that myself........I would fall asleep at the wheel.) Good to have you back. Nice photo and I see Canadian Geese every day flying in formation while out running my two Chihauhaus for their daily mile.
Justin~
It's so strange to see a pic of metal dudes _not_ headbanging and guitar thrashing. And "Clarence" the goose, did he invite himself, or was he an invited guest?
Carol
Ah, cool music! Looks like you had fun on your trip. :)
Hey John, it is cool that you get to mingle with all those rock stars. That looks like a Daimler Chrysler sprinter van. Is the goose a pet or just a wild bird looking for a handout? We have a great multitude of wild Canada geese at local parks. They have no fear of humans so you have to step around them carefully.
Anyway, it looks like you had a good trip. Rock on.
Scott
Hi Scott,
It's an "LDV" Leyland Daf Vehicle.

Welcome back John, sounds like a good time!

So John, it looks like you guys all shop at the same store. ;-)
I love driving thru new areas, especially in the countryside. Sounds like you had a blast. I envy your trip. Cheers!
