new thread
Hi all,
I'm new here, been lurking for a while, reading the posts and following many of the links. I decided in June to just let my hair grow. I'm 62 and have never had really long hair. The last couple of decades I've had short military cuts and the last few years shaved my head daily. I've been rather compulsive about it. So here I am trying to recover from a rather addictive behavior. So far I've made it over 4 months without anything but trimming the sideburns and keeping the stray neck hairs trimmed. I'm determined to make it to long hair, I want to be a longhair guy. I don't know what my ultimate goal is, but I want to give it 18 months, at the least. That should get me about 9" of growth. This forum seems very supportive. Just being here should help me stay on track.
