new thread
well, here's my 2 month update in my second attempt at long hair.
It does seem to be growing pretty fast, but I know that's only b/c its a lot shorter now.
The bangs are starting to get annoying b/c i can't put them behind my ears (or ponytail my hair) like I used to.
Hopefully i'll get to the point where my hair gets long enough for me to actually start enjoying it again so I wont be tempted to cut it. (for me that length is about 6 inch hair - after that length, i remember i suddenly stopped getting urges to cut my hair b/c i was enjoying it so much.
My best wishes for everyone here trying to grow their hair out, and salutations to all the longhairs that are happy with their length.

Greetings Gio, you have a super thick head of hair that will look terrific any way you style it...long or short. But good luck on your second attempt. I'm at 18 months and I'm still annoyed much of the time. Good for you that you feel good at the 6 inch mark. Cheers,

You guys who are growing out again are really dedicated! If I cut it I don't know that I would want to go through all this again, of course I really hate doing things over again lol.

To me the second time around was easier because I knew what to expect. One word of advice... enjoy every inch of growth, try to think of only the positives and the let the negitives fade away, and soon you'll be a longhair once again.
