Great update so which way do you prefer your hair or if you like your favourite way of having it looks awesome down would like to see closer pictures of it down to looks the business ( Cool )
Axel
Hi Axel,
I like it down but for practicality sake, either a ponytail or a bun.
Danny
Excellent hair Danny, what festival is that?
~ Dave
Hi Dave,
Yeah I went to this Brighton Festival, was really good. Its a blend of different cultures, nationalities, music, food, etc. Was the perfect time despite the horrible weather we have had this year.
Danny
Hey Danny absolutely stunning long blonde hair!! The blunt cutoff at the ends really looks great on you. Actually how long did it take you to get to that length?Forgive me if someone already asked that question.Mark
Hi Mark,
I first started growing it 8 years ago when I was 11, but then kept it to shoulder length till the age of 15, and then started grwoing it further. No intentions to chop it off at present.
Thanks
Danny
Hi Danny,
Your hair looks awesome! The blonde colour is outstanding, and the great blunt ends with no sign of damage or splits and overall thickness means you should be able to grow it a lot longer if you wish.
Keep it growing,
David
Thanks David,
Yes I plan on just letting it grow further, planning to see where terminal length for me would be
Hey! You were in Washington DC. It looks like you might have been there for the 4th of July, because those tents look like the ones they set up every year for the Folk Life Festival.
The even trim looks good.
Hey Steve,
No that was actually in Brighton in the United Kingdom last month. Thanks for the heads up!
Cheers
Dan
Wow. I feel silly. See the link for a look at the Folk Life fest. My question now is, if the tall structure in your picture isn't the Washington Monument, what is it?
Folk Life Festival
Great shots Danny, hair in action. It's been a long time since we've seen on update, all is lookin' good. Don't be such a stranger!
Keep on growin'
Bruce
Thanks Bruce,
I am really busy these days with exams, but I shall try and pop by more often.
Thanks
This blonde color... awesome. I would kill for it :)
Bye
Vivien
Your hair looks good Danny, from what I am able to see. It is a bit hard to see in that dark shadowed image. I do see it just reaches your waist. That is a good achievement. Height plays a role in the time needed to reach waist length. From the bun photo I can estimate your height. You appear to be about 5'9" (175 cm) tall. It makes growing to waist length reasonably easy. Guys who are really tall may not even be able to reach waist length at all. (Mine is 18" past my waist.)
I think you have the coolest avatar photo. It was very well composed. I like the look of it, hair in a bun with a hair stick, a narrow strip of facial fur, and your father who also has a similar atrip of facial fur, framed in the background. VERY cool.
Scott
Thank you for those encouraging comments. Yes you are right I am 174cm tall, well spotted. I do hope one day I can reach your length. How long have you been growing it for? I used to have some facial hair in 2005 but these days its all shaved off, I might consider regrowing it again and it gives me a Christly look. But as you can see, me and dad have completely different physical traits although we have a strong father-son bond! I have inherited the long hair from my mother s side, she has tail-bone length hair. It was her that got me into long hair and she always experiments with it whenever I go home, I suppose that having no daughter she wants to share some special hair caring moments with her child. :)
Thank you once again
Danny
Hi Danny, you may wonder how I figured out your height. I use scale to estimate height. Heads are all nearly equal in size, but bodies are not. I look at your head and the length of your body compared to the size of your head. I am about 175 cm tall.
I have been growing my hair since 1992. It has been close to this length for over 5 years. The longest measured shed strand from my head was 114 cm in length. My ponytail is a little over than 1 meter long. I included a photo to show just how long my hair is.
I see that your hair is blunt trimmed at waist length. If you are willing to deal with some extra maintenance, you could possibly grow it to classic length.
