I just got back from the doctors today i was there for over a week its good to be back home i missed everyone, im still not out of the blue yet though i gotta continue my treatments at home for my staph infection but for the most part im around now and its gonna be ok just need about another week to rest and get well

Hi Mark,
I am so relieved that this Staph infection is being handled properly, and that you are home from the hospital, and that things are under control. I lost my oldest brother a year ago March to an infection just like yours. Sadly, the infection was not found in time, and the antibiotics did not have a chance to do their thing before my family lost him. If he had only been admitted to the hospital ONE day earlier, the antibitics would have had a chance to "kick in" and save our family so much grief.
So you definitely did the correct thing in getting yourself to the hospital when you did, and now, you should have nothing to worry about at all.

As I said earlier, I was in hospital in '82 for flesh-eating
strep (hemalitic verdus steptococcus; say THAT 3x fast!) and
fortunately incurred no permanent damage. Hopefully neither
will you fr. the staph. They caught it just in time, Mark!
