I think the conditioners for sale that are labelled "deep" are just regular conditioners. I've looked at the ingredients and see nothing different about them. besides, what exactly is a deep conditioner? what does "deep" mean in this context? that it penetrates more? I'm not sure I want conditioner to penetrate anything more than the regular ones do : ) I think it's just a word that sounds good when you put it on a bottle.
I agree. I recently bought Aussie's Moist conditioner and I'm liking it. If I'm just hanging around the house I'll leave it in for a good while. To me, that accomplishes the same as what these "deep conditioners" do.

I think they are all the same.
I prefer copious Garlic well pressed, sautee'd in Olive oil, over al dente pasta, but not too frequently. Or, the effect will wear on.
