Hello all you MLHH'ers!
I've reached a new milestone in my ever exciting hair growing journey. Many of you posted in my earlier thread about my 3 inches of hair growth in 3 days.
For the first time ever, I was able to bite the ends of a few of my hairs.
I knew I was getting close to that point where I could do just that, but finding out today that I could bite my own hair put a huge smile on my face.
It all started out with me brushing my hair back and tucking the sides behind my ears to keep it out of my face. It's getting to the point where I really don't need much (if any) hair gel to help keep it in place.
Of course, I work outside in Chicago, so my hair has lots of opportunity to move around. For a majority of the day it kept in place, but after awhile a few strands in front just didn't want to stay put. They were tickling the bottom of my nose, and sure enough, the strands were long enough for me to grip them with my lips and bite the ends with my teeth.
Exciting news for me since this is the first time I've ever been able to bite my own hair.
3 MONTHS not 3 days.
You had me wondering there :D
Congratulations with the milestone, although you will soon realise that the hair will go in your mouth not just when you will it, like when you're eating. But it's all good fun :P
Patrick, An interesting milestone indeed. I remember being quite fascinated and excited when I could first hold my hair in my teeth. Here's to many more interesting and exciting
milestones to come!
peace, jonalbear
You might not want to bite your hair to much mate, your teeth are like scissors.
I know how it feels to hit those milestones my favortie milestone was when the hair gets caught in the car door as your getting in the car on a windy day.
Kevin
Patrick,
Way to go! Seeing you and others on the board hitting these milestones is very motivating! I'm about 3 inches behind 'ya.
Cheers,
Don
Congrats Patrick, it sounds like you're having a good time!

CONGRATS, Patrick, --- and yes, I fully understand the fun & excitement of hitting those landmarks myself, as I've felt the very same way! Nowadays, if a day goes by when my hair doesn't fall into my soup, get stuck in my armpit, or cause me to munch on some extra "protein", I start to wonder what in the heck went "wrong" that day (lol)!!
- Ken in San Francisco
Haha, Ken, I do the same thing! I mean about the extra protein, my hair is way too short for the other 2 things.
1st I love meat and most other protein products
2nd If it's good for the hair let's have in excess :D
This is great! I loved that milestone too when you can taste your creation lol. It's ironic that I was anticipating this so much and now everyday it's kinda starting to get annoying cuz now constantly I eat a hair.
