hey guys,
im guessing the my length on top is around 6 inches (bangs just touch nose).
on the sides and back its around 2-3 inches.
i use gel every morning and try to put it back, but now it feels like theres too much weight and length, so it just falls to the side so its parted in the middle. my hair is VERY thick and wirey, and people have been talking about leave in conditioners.
what do they do?
what do you recommend for thick wirey hair that fros up without gel?
how do you typically use it.
now when i dont wash my hair for a couple days my hair is softer, and easier to handle. would a leave in make it like that?
thanks
Leave-in tames the dryness of your hair by replacing back some of the oils stripped from shampooing (main agent of oil stripping: Sodium Laureth Sulfate/Ammonium Laureth Sulfate).
But there's yet anyone who could invent a certain leave-in that has the exact same composition as the natural sebum (oil) that our hair secretes (not that I know of). Therefore, a leave-in performs the function of taming frizzes right after shampooing (thereby visually reducing your hair volume), but it is the natural oil that your own scalp produces, which moisturizes your hair strands and makes your hair soft, straight and shiny.
