After a long wait, I got my glasses, and i think they look fine....
On a bad note however, my mum got a letter at work today telling her she only has a job until march, so the mood is rather sombre in our house today...

In my experience, though, what initially seems like a setback often opens the door to even greater opportunities. Tell your mom to keep her chin up, and you do the same. Things have a way of working out.

Nice glasses Beanz. They look very cool. I'm sorry to hear about your mums job situation, that can be very distressful. Just try to hang in there and keep focusing in school and on your studies. I'm certain that your mother will find a solution to this problem. Wish you both the best of luck.

square glasses are simply wonderful! I'm going back to glasses for a while myself, to give my eyes a break from contacts, and i got myself a pair of square and then some little round libraian style glasses, square frames always look so sharp though :)

I am glad that you like the glasses, it is not usually a thing that guys like to have to get. I have had glasses since 2nd grade so they have always been a part of my life so I think about them differently than many here do, especially those guys who get them when they get older :)
I am very corry t hear about your mum needing to look for another job. I hope that things work out for your family I know that is a very stressful time. Good luck and let us know if things get better good news is always welcome here on topic or no!
