Hi. I want to achieve this style and length i think. What is the best way to go about it, becasue his hair isnt alot longer at the back and sides than his bangs, but slighlty longer, so whats the best way to get this style? and how long would it take? also, is this in the awkward stage becasue it is slighylty on shoulders, if not abit above. And was there a step put in from the bangs to the back becasue of the difference in length?

To touch on a couple of your observations...it's not an awkward stage--just slightly layered at the ends resting on his shoulders. There is a difference in length between the bangs and the back--it can be put there. To answer the "how" and "how long it will take", however, I would need to know what you have (style/length) now.

I'm just letting it all grow to below my chin, then having it chopped at my chin, so that it's all the same length the way around. Wether this is like his or not, I doubt it'll be too much of a noticeable difference...
