Hey MLHH!
I'm sure a few of yo have already seen some pictures of my hair since I started posting here last month. I never did post an actual update since I started growing my hair in April of this year.
On April 13, 2007 was the day that I decided I no longer want to be a shorthair, and my hair hasn't seen scissors since. My hair at the time was about an inch, and maybe close to two inches on top.
As of November 13, 2007 my hair is getting close to 8 inches in length. An average of almost an inch a month, although in the last 3 months, my hair has been growing like a weed.
Many thanks to all the friendly people I have met on here so far, and thanks for the tips to keep the scissors at bay. I might not have been able to do it without you!

Patrick it looks great! So healthy and shiny. With the beard it is a great look all around. A year milestone is not too far away.

Patrick, Your hair looks fantastic. Looks as though you are weathering the awkward stage quite nicely. Will be nice to see your hair touching and flowing over the shoulders.

Wow Patrick you're looking terrific so far. Growing an inch of hair a month is twice the average so you are going to really enjoy this experience I expect.

Wow! That's some great growth for only 7 months, i'm heading into my 8th month now in November and yours seemingly longer,at least on the sides, but i've also had a few minor trims since march when i started to regrow:)

I last had my hair cut a couple of days after you, and my hair was of a similar length (on top anyway) and it's quite a bit shorter that yours (albeit wavy - but it's still quite a bit shorter even when straight, after having a shower)! :'( :P

What a fabulous update, and you have come a LONG ways in only 7 months! I am amazed at how fast your hair grows, 1 inch/month is close to double the normal growth rate. It will be very interesting to see how long your hair is a year from now.
