My apologies for being so absent recently. My job has become more demanding, so I've had less time to play hair, --- er, I mean: HERE! Anyway, catching up from being way behind on things, here's a few comments...
To Jason:
Those snowy pics from that mountain top are totally BREATH-TAKING!!! The wilderness areas of North America are so drop-dead gorgeous. Whether it's the East Coast or West, Canada or Mexico or anywhere in-between, I've always felt very lucky to live on such a beautiful continent, --- and so grateful that "civilization" has not spoiled such pristine areas as you shared from your hike. And, WOW, what a chrystal-clear, flawless blue-sky day!!!! Those pics were so exquisite, that I swear I had to brush the snow off my computer (lol)!!
Thanks so much for sharing those pics!
Re. Recent Updates:
Some amazing updates, --- lookin' good! Here's a few specific comments (and my apologies to those who don't directly link their pics, as I don't understand how to view them)...
Kai El -
I've been told that by squeezing a little fresh lemon juice on hair, this helps to naturally lighten it out in the sun; but, I haven't really tried this myself, sorry to say (lol)! Surfers of course get a lot of natural lightening highlights, ---- supposed both the salt water, AND the sheer fact that they spend HOURS outdoors every day....
Patrick -
I CAN'T BELIEVE HOW FAST YOUR HAIR GROWS!!!! It looks hands-down awesome, --- and I'm jealous that someone can look so UNawkward when right in the middle of the infamous "awkward stages"... NOT FAIR!!!
Fire: Maybe there's something wrong with my sense of aesthetics, but to me your hair is starting to look really GOOD, --- not bad! (I do, however, totally understand how "hat hair" can curl one's mane into all sorts of silly looking directions - lol!!)
Beanz -
Nothing abnormal at all about those curls around the eye brows, --- in fact, when I first grew my hair out, for the first 18 years of my life I had no clue whatsoever that my hair had any natural waves to it... This is because my dad would not allow my hair to even touch my eye brows when I was a kid, --- he insisted on it being so short, that I just assumed it was pin-straight (until once I grew it out even a few inches longer)!
Also, a big WELCOME to all our newcomers!!
Take care, all.

What Ken said...
Seriously, I've been a little short on time lately too with little time to post. I've been looking at the board each day however.
Chris G, Joao, James Raymond, Kal El, Jason, & c. & c. Great hair all and awesome pictures all! If I didn't mention your name, then no slight intended! Let's keep it all growing. I myself am going to get an update together soon. I think it's been since May that I did one. I know my hair's longer, but doesn't appear so much as it seems to keep on curling up.

Oh, and Mouse and Caledonian and Tim and Ale's sweet braid...Mirabile!!!
Hey Ken,
Thanks very much for your kind words. I'm glad you liked the pics.
