My father passed away on wednesday November 15, im just so surprised and hurt right now, I been crying my eyes out this s*it sucks so bad, why me! Ill let everyone know a soon update when the funeral is gonna be and all that...please keep me in your prayers

Mark I cannot even begin to understand what you are going through right now. I am much much older and I still have both my parents alive. This must have been a sudden illness or an accident from what you said. Damn Mark I cannot do anything but keep you in my thoughts, you have already been through one nightmare. If you need to talk to someone feel free to email me anytime, having friends here and in real life to just let all the crap out is important. I am so sorry Mark for your family's terrible loss.

Hi Mark. I am very saddened to hear of the passing of your father yesterday. The loss of a parent is one of the worst hurts of all and you will certainly be in my thoughts. Take care Mark. You have many right here who will be keeping you in their thoughts.

It sounds like it was sudden and unexpected. That can be so hard to deal with. My Dad left us in '03 when he had a major heart attack while he was taking prayer requests on the phone. The Dr. said he was probably gone before he hit the floor. The shock hit us all very hard, so I know what you're going through. I'd say it gets easier, but I still miss him awfully. You'll get through this. If you can find it, there is a book called "Life After Loss" by Bob Deits that helped us a lot.

I know what you are going through right now!! My Dad passed away 2 years ago. I felt the same way you did. Then, I went to London, England for a vacation and saw "The Lion King" - Remember, your Father is in you. You have my deepest sympathy.

I'm so sorry to hear that, Mark. One suffers immensely when he loses a loved one but try to remember all the good stuff and not get trapped in depression because it hurts even worse and it's useless for you and for those around you.

Sorry to hear about your loss. I know it's very hard losing a father. Just try to keep in your heart all the good memories of him. Whenever you get sad, think of one of those memories...that's what helped me.
