My girlfriend wants to braid my long hair in a full french braid. Has anyone ever done this? Was it a full french braid from the front to back? What kind of reaction did you get from other people?
I guess all this is individual, but I loved it. You actually should get it done completely from front to back because this looks better. I preferred mi9ne to be pulled really tight so that the definition was clear.... and for the start to be very forward near the front of my head. In fact, I got it done a couple of times at a salon and that was great too. It feels great.... somehow better than a pony, and it looks really sleek and clean.
I never got any strange reaction getting it done at a salon, and I never saw any other strange reaction (I guess you can never tell though).
When you take it out you get these great ripply waves too - if that interests you. In any event, you will never know til you try - why not let your GF do it for you (it is good practice for her anyway) and see what you think. You may just love it as much as I do.

definately do it man. and post a pictures of it and of your girlfriend. Definately let your girls friends do it. Im 16 and have long hair. My girlfriend, who is so hot that i dont even understand why shes goin out with me, has the same length hair as me. She like to braid my hair the same way as hers, a full french braid.
