Hello all at MLHH, I have a little question for you about what you do with the hair that blends with the upper part of your sideburns.
My hair is (finally!) long enough to brush the front behind my ears and stay on its own. The problem I'm facing though, is the hair that meets my sideburns is still a bit short and sometimes looks messy.
Do you let this hair grow, or do you cut it to the length of your sideburns?
I haven't done anything with it because I wanted to ask you guys first. Thanks again.
Patrick
Well, most people tend to not have any sideburns at all, so that would solve the problem. Then you can grow them back out and it'll look fine.
What I ended up doing (once my hair was long enough) was carefully separating the "sideburn hair" from the rest of my hair, and trimming it ever so neatly. I couldn't go without sideburns!
Hopefully this works for you/will help you out. If not, perhaps I misunderstood.
Same here. For a long time the hairs in this area didn't give me any problems; it was only very recently that they started giving me a messy look and I decided to trim them to blend into my sideburns.
Well, I have some long sideburns that go down to my jaw, so the hair from above don't look so messy. Usually I keep'em trimmed at 2/3 inches, so that I have a kind of "curl" tickling each hair. But most of the time i just forget about it!
