My pony tail looks pretty messed up. Anyone have tips for making it not look like a girls ponytail? If I make it too low on my head my bangs come out and it looks weird.
I have not had a trim since I first started growing it out. Its probably about 10-11" right now.
As far as I know, the only thing you can really do about your bangs is wait. The awkward hair length stage is rough but luckily only a few months long.

I'm just almost out of that stage myself. What I've done is to do one "half-tail" at the top and then another one lower down that includes the "half-tail".
