Hey, do you think I would look right with long hair similar to Tom Cruise's in Mission Impossible 2? If so how would I go about growing it like that?

hmm your hair is too00 short, besides, I dont consider Tom Cruise in MI2 with long hair, I think long hair is having your hair at least a little lower than your shoulders.. I have 8 months now of growing and my hair is just about to touch my shoulders, maybe you could let it grow a little more, then youll have long hair :))
Personally, I think that long / longish (to satisfy those who insist on using their definition of long) hair looks better on most guys. Specifically, I think the MI2 look would look very good on you. More important is how *YOU* think it looks.
Now to answer the question. The first order of business is to stop cutting your hair. When it starts getting to the length you want / like, take a picture of Tom from MI2 to a barber / stylist you trust. Show them the pic and ask them to match it on you. If they're good, that should take care of it.
