Inspired by Hairball's (Mark) post with his cool 80's locks and rock 'n' roll trucks, here is my barnet in February 2006 with my 'white angel'.
Cheers Dave
Hey Dave!
Wow you certainly looked soooo much different in that pic than you do today.Well obviously its the hair as your overall physique is the same. Now being able to see what you looked like with very short hair and now with that cool wild and crazy hair I definately feel you made the right decision to grow it out as it just looks ACE! Also love that cool set of wheels you have there. I guess you do a lot of off roading with that?If you do just be careful not to let it get scratched in the brush.I wish here in the US they had more vehicles offered in deisel as thats mostly available in heavy duty pickups.I'd like to feel what my beemer would drive like with a deisel but its N/A over here.Too bad.Anyway Dave very cool pic and I'm glad to be the one who inspired it:) Take care my friend.Mark
Thanks for the comments Mark, you know I don't off-road too often but when I do she is amazing, especially in mud, the military don't use them for no reason. Even without any mods the articulation is superb. With the diesel engine it will do around 30mpg on a good run.
Just look at what it can do:

Too Much! The Magic Bus!
Hi Dave,
As much as I would like to see your photo, all I get is a red "x" with no photo. (I tried this from both my home computer earlier today, as well as my work computer just now) Hoever, I DID see the photo of your truck, very cool! It is odd that mark was able to see your photo just fine.
Take care,
David
(stay tuned for some possible "historical" photos of me a bit later on, good for a laugh, as they are NOT flattering at all, lol!)
I had the same problem as David N.
It was in designer mode (cmyk)!!

Hi Dave,
Yes, I can see your photo perefctly this time, (but how did Mark see it earlier, THAT is the puzzle!) But what a contrast from the "wild look" you have today, than is an amazing transformation! (I was wondering if your current long hair is your first experience, or have you had it long in the past?)
Keep it growing and flowing,
David
Oh Dave ! Don't EVER do that to your head again ! HA!
Great Rover...
