Hello everybody, here's a recent picture of myself.
It has been 2 or 3 months since my first post here.
My hair reached middle back, but I'm letting it grow further.
I've also reached normal BMI. Lost 26 pounds. :-D
Wow! Your hair is much longer than your display picture! Looking great, keep it growing!

Congratulations on the hair and the weightloss.
I don't take the BMI system "too" seriously, because according the the government figures I would have to lose all my fat, one leg and most of my vital organs in order to achieve my ideal weight, nevertheless, it does feel good when the pant size drops a notch, or two, or three, or.........

Beware, BMI may not be accurate if you are unevenly
proportioned. If you are tall with a LOW waistline
(short legs and long torso) those numbers may not be
all that accurate for you. Your torso has most of your
body weight. You can be lean and yet your BMI
can read too high. Bodybuilders frequently encounter
this problem. They can have 5% body fat (extremely lean)
and yet have a BMI that reads too high.
