bad dream this morning: I was shaving my head with a razor, then regretted it a quarter of the way in and stared in the mirror at the mess of my hair.... I was happy to wake up and see it was a dream.

This is a "good" dream, and it is like a simulation holodeck video showing you what would happen if you shaved your head. You see yourself in the mirror, and see that a shaved head is not for you. At least it did not happen for real, more like going into a hairstyle photobooth to try silly hairstyles without any permenant consequences.
