i've been wondering.. about many differnt kinds of shampoo and conditioner and
i want to see the vareity of them and the results
it gives you
what shampoos and conditioners do you guys use?
and do you really see a difference when you use other ones?
I use Suave Professionals extreme strengh shampoo in the blue bottle
and Suave Professionals volumizing conditioner in the purple bottle and yeah i notice a huge difference. I tried the expensive pantnee pro v stuff and the suave actually works better for some odd reason
however, the suave awaphui was my fave but they discontinued it....i still write them emails saying to bring it back :(
Does the Suave proffessional extreme strength shampoo have harsh cleanser that start with Ammonium? I won't buy any shampoo that does. It makes my hair dryer.
go to www.suave.com, under products->hair->shampoo->professionals and click on the bright blue bottle and thre is a little thing you can click that gives you all the ingredients....also can do this for all of thier products
I use Suave Professionals Humectant shampoo and conditioner. I've been using it for about 12 months now. It's inexpensive and seems to work very well. I know a lot of people who swear by the Suave Professionals stuff.
I've considered trying other stuff like Mane 'n Tail.
the humecant is really good stuff too, thats what i used up until i found to extreme strength and i loved that too....the smell is wonderful!
ohh and another thing.. whenever i wash my hair it gets poofier and i want to know a way to avoid it?
you guys have any suggestions
I use VO5 Tea Therapy-Camomille conditoner, and VO5 Normal shampoo.
For poofiness, you might try a little more conditioner when you wash, but after its dry, you could also use a small about of aloe vera gel (the clear, 100% pure stuff) as a light hair gel to smooth things down a bit with out your hair looking greasy.

I don't think you can go wrong with Aussie's "Moist" line. I use the Moist conditioner and will switch to their shampoo after my Mane 'N Tail is empty. Of course, you need to see what works best for your hair type. Good luck.
