At least the beard will get trimmed. I grow it out every fall to the "could lose a badger in" size and then trim it after the new year to what my wife thinks of as "respectable". I'm also thinking of getting about 1-2" taken off the back to even it up. I've pretty much decided now on a goal of mid-back. Long enough to have some fun with (braids/buns etc) but not too long to be a major maintenance issue. At least that's my thought right now.
Oh - and a very Merry Christmas to everyone out there who is also celebrating it (can't abide the "Happy Holidays" thing).
Hopefully I can get the URL right on these pictures. As a reminder, my server is often off between midnight and early morning GMT-5 time (Ontario, Canada).
Andrew, You have an awesome beard. I keep mine trimmed for work and for the fact that it is very bushy and grows straight out instead of down. Yours will look good trimmed! Your hair is looking very good these days also.

Hi Andrew
The beard really suits you but then I guess I'm biased.
Your hair is really coming along and I agree a light trim to even it out a bit wouldn't hurt Just avoid that evil hairdresser that Mike used twice.
Kevin
Your hair is coming along fine and the beard is really getting full and certainly suits you.
As for the "happy holidays" thing is so politically correct, the next thing you know we'll be saying it here in the UK and Europe. Over here the PC crowd have done mad! Enjoy your Christmas break.
Cheers,

Hi Andrew,
Your hair looks great in these photos, and you ahve come a long ways in only 16 months, and it is so much longer than your avatar! I am glad that your trim will be a small one, and that will jelp you to achieve the "one length" that is desired by so many. By all means, keep it growing!
Take care, and Merry Christmas to you!
David
