Ok, here is just less than 3 months progress. Place your bets. When will I reach:
1) shoulder length
2) shoulder length all one length
3) mid back
I have a way to go to catch my idols, Jason and Jao David but I am on my way.

No betting necessary. It's a scientific fact that the average head of hair grows at a rate of approximately 5/8 inch per month. That being said, you should reach mid-back in about 5 years. Give it about 7 years if you want waist-length.
If you want it all one length, then avoid having any layering done. If you want it looking nice and tidy, like Jason's and Jao David's, then plan on having split ends trimmed once every 6 or so months. Otherwise, just click on my avatar if you want an idea of what waist-length looks like after 10 years with no trims.
