how much time wud it take ??
rite now m hvin short normal hair ..ma age is 17 !
That looks like a few years growth... Depending on how fast your hair grows. Maybe 3-4 years?

based on a calibrated eyeball measurement, the model looks to have hair that it 24 to 30 inches long (more or less). So, starting from a buzz cut, at an average growth rate of 6 inches per year, it would take 4 to 5 years to get yours that long.
If your hair is longer to start with, you've got a head start (HA HA - no pun intended, but mildly amusing anyway)

I reckon that would take 3-4 years depending on average growth of 1/2 inch per month.

I am a good year to a year and a half from her length.
Well, here's the good news: you most definitely CAN have hair as long as hers (unless your trerminal length happens to be shorter than that). That length looks like around the 3 - 4 years of growth length (the average person being able to grow around a half of an inch per month).
And now for the bad news:
You probably will never, EVER look as deliciously drop-dead gorgeous and curvacious as that lovely model; but, as long as you're basically happy looking like a guy.... then I'd say that's a GOOD thing!
