He has not been active on hair websites in years. I see his link to his hair website is now dead. If it remains so by tomorrow I'll remove it from the Links page.
Gollan had a great website. As I recall he immigrated to Canada from the US. Perhaps he cut his hair. I use to compare myself to him as he started before I did by about a year. It is a shame to see him leave.
