Happy New Year everyone!
First off, I get confused on the New Year as I work for a school system and I am more accustom to the New Year being the start of the school year in the fall. LOL
Can you believe it, I went an entire year without getting zapped! well, I do have a few days left and I need to relabel that fuse box at the other house. I guess I will have to be careful on doing that. Pszzzt!
I did accomplish my goal for the year, which was to buy a house. Now if I could just find the perfect lady to accompany me. Being a crazy long haired nerdy guy could present a challenge.

Indeed you did meet a major goal and bought a house
and a nice one at that. Women are more attracted to men who
seem rooted and stable so the nerd loving lady is out there
somewhere and she'll find you.

Happy New Year to you, too Mike. Congratulations on the house. Sounds like you are happy with it. Getting a place of your own is really wonderful. Our first house many years ago was a little 1920's bungalow. Since then, there have been three more houses, but in many respects, that first little house that was our FIRST was the best.
