What happened to December?? I can't believe it's been a month since my last update...well 4 days shy anyway.
I can credit a lot of my good progress with stuff I've learned here.
My hair has a little curl to it. I hope that it stays as the hair gets longer and heavier. If anyone has any advice on encouraging curls, I'm all ears.
I discovered I can pull off a pony tail a couple weeks ago. This is how I'm wearing my hair every day now. It's great for work and all, but I still gotta let my freak flag fly when I play live, so no tails there. I've been wondering if it's ok to do this every day. Does it damage hair?
That's a nice Pony tail and I like the bit of Curl you've got.
I know what you mean, where does the time go or maybe the
Holidays ate it.
Happy New Year

Bbby Bld, Beautiful dark brown hair. Congrats on the tail milestone. Air drying and finger combing helps promote my curls.
peace, jonalbear
what a ponytail !! it seems soft is it ? anyway u look i mean it look great ^^ GoOd jOp
An easy and non-damaging way to "encourage" the curl you already naturally have is to twist or coil your hair when it's still damp...
No problem. Just don't pony-tail when you hair is still wet just out of the shower.
Lookin' good!

Hey man, the hair is coming along great. Congrats on the ponytail too! With my hair, I find that allowing it to air dry after washing, untouched by anything, helps me achieve maximum curls. Every now and then I brush mine out once dry which then gives it a wavy appearance.
You hair is looking in great condition and always great when you put in back in a ponytail and I think the curl at the end adds something to the look. I'm sure the curl will be more as it grows longer.
Cheers,

Hi BbbyBlvd,
Your hair is coming along very well, and is thick and healthy. Congratulations on the tail! I would not worry about tailing causing damage, provided it is not tied too tightly. Also, as Ken has already said, be sure your hair is thoroughly dry before putting it in a tail, as hair is more fragile when it is wet.
Keep it growing,
David
