i recently heard folic acid helps hair grow better so i bought some folic acid pills and what else would anyone suggest and i do take a multi vitamin to help as well
That may be good for you but I don't think it will make your hair
grow faster. Your hair growth may vary depending on diet but not
enough to notice.

so since i kinda eat healthy and junk food, the vitamins i take are what i need to have good hair growth and all right?
First of all, you need to stay away from junk food. haha, like most of us are going to do that. Seriously, you need to eat a good diet, drink plenty of water and get your sleep. Other than that you might consider taking a good multi vitamin like Centrum Performance. Hair growth is determined primarily by your genetics and there isn't very much one can do about that.
P.S. You might want to listen to more Pink Floyd. I think that helps me :)
