Yeah, Nightwish is (or was) a great band. Sadly, their singer Tarja has left them. And the new girl that replaces her is just wrong... like a pop-singer.
They have a beautifull woman as their vocalist, guaranteed commercial success

Yeah Ron I agree with Erik they were better but their old singer I hear got a bit stuck on herself and was dumped and the new one is so so. I saw them a few years ago and they were "ok" not high on my list these days and they are even worse.
Marco is a great hair inspiration though.

They used to be my favorite band. Now they're still up there, but to a lesser degree since the lead singer changed. Now I like the old singer's new album, which has a distinctly darker tone than most of the Nightwish albums, but possibly not the same level of lyrical skill. Depends on what you like though.
