Hey guys!Sorry I didn't have posted much in the last few days,I am having my final exams next week,so I' pretty busy.Anyways,I just wanted to ask you something, what is the best water temperature to wash the hair in the shower?Does cold water make the hair straighter? Also, does hot weather in summer make your hair straighter than usual?
Keep it growing! :)
Hey Rafael,
Rinsing with warm/hot water will make your hair frizzier, as warm water opens the pores in your hair. Using cold water will close those pores, allowing the moisture from conditioner to stay with the hair follicle. So really, rinse with warm after shampooing, and cold after conditioning. You'll notice quite the difference. Stay well and hope that helps! =)

Thanks for this tip!Hope it helps...
I have REALLY oily hair. I've discovered that the warmer water "strips" more of the oils.
I know this may sound weird, but im not american,so...what does strips the hair oils means? XD
It removes the natural oils from your hair and scalp. No worries about the language thing. There are a few Portuguese-speaking members here if ever necessary. =)

I noticed you mentioned it in an earlier thread. =)
